Krayzor gaming laptop brings dual displays and modular GPU to Kickstarter

Ana sayfa / Computers

The Krayzor gaming laptop isn’t chasing portability. Instead, it’s showing up with features you almost never see in notebooks anymore, like a swappable GPU, a full-size mechanical keyboard, and a second screen.

Sitting above the RGB-lit keyboard is a 12.3-inch touchscreen with a 1920 x 720 resolution. It’s a rare layout clearly inspired by Asus’ dual-screen laptops but focused on power users and gamers.

The keyboard is full-size, uses hot-swappable linear switches, and features three control dials. It’s closer to a desktop setup than anything else in this price range.

GT 30 gaming phone goes global with Dimensity 7400 and 144 Hz AMOLED

Infinix’s GT 30 gaming phone now ships globally with Dimensity 7400, 144 Hz AMOLED, and shoulder triggers, for just $200.

The Krayzor gaming laptop uses a modular MXM-based RTX 4060 GPU with 8 GB VRAM and a 115 W TGP. Theoretically, this makes future upgrades possible, assuming compatible modules are made available. It’s a rare bit of long-term thinking in a market that often locks everything down.

You’ll get a 16-inch 2560 x 1600 display with a fast 240 Hz refresh rate, ideal for gaming. However, the processor is last-gen: an Intel Core i9-12900H. While still powerful, it’s not the latest. The battery is a standard 80 Wh unit.

This is not a travel-friendly machine, though. It’s 4.8 cm thick and weighs 2.85 kg.

Buyers must provide their own RAM and SSD, as these are not included. And since the laptop is launching via Kickstarter, there’s risk involved with timing, specs, and delivery.

Here’s what you need to know:

The Krayzor gaming laptop might not be sleek, but it’s hard to ignore. Between the dual displays, mechanical switches, and GPU modularity, it’s targeting a niche that’s long been overlooked. Whether it delivers is another matter, but it’s not playing it safe.
